BYU Hawaii Hale 11-13 Housing

To address the growing need for on-campus housing for single students, additional new housing is planned behind the existing single-student hales. These newly constructed hales will function as dedicated dormitories for single students, following the same apartment-style design as Hales 4, 5, 6, 7, and 10. Standing at a height of four stories, each hale will provide accommodation for six students per room, with approximately fourteen units on each floor.

 

This project aims to augment the available housing options by accommodating an estimated 900 to 1,000 single students. Recognizing the active lifestyle of the student community, these hales will also be equipped with surf/bike racks to cater to their recreational needs.
